BOOKING & CONSULTATIONS
How much is a consultation?
Consultations are $25, and that fee is applied to any service you book. You leave with a personalized plan, whether you start treatment that day or later.
Do I need a consultation before every treatment?
Not always. Laser hair removal, facials, and other maintenance treatments can usually be booked directly. Lasers like NouvaDerm, the Plasma Pen, and hair restoration start with a consultation so your plan fits your skin.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash. We also offer financing through Cherry.
TREATMENTS
Are your treatments safe for all skin types?
Our lasers, including Splendor X and NouvaDerm, are designed for all skin types and tones. A few treatments, like the Plasma Pen, are not right for everyone, and Kirsten will tell you honestly at your consultation.
How much downtime should I expect?
It ranges from none (facials, CoolJet, laser hair removal) to about a week (Plasma Pen). Each service page lists what to expect, and Kirsten will go over it before you book.
How many sessions will I need?
Most results build over a series. Your consultation plan will tell you how many sessions to expect and how far apart.
Can I get treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Let us know and Kirsten will suggest safe options.
MEMBERSHIPS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do Beauty Club memberships work?
You pay a monthly fee and receive that month's included treatment, plus member savings on every service and product.
What is a Beauty Bank membership?
With Shimmer or Sparkle, your full monthly payment is banked to spend on any treatment, plus you get member savings and a free birthday laser facial.
Can gift certificates be used for any service?
Yes. Gift certificates can be used toward any treatment or skincare product.

Where are you located?
608 Medford Center, Medford, OR 97504, with free parking.
Do you treat men?
Absolutely. Men and women are both welcome.
Can I bring my kids?
Our space is not set up for children, so please arrange childcare for your appointment.
